Rep. Schiff Discusses Threat from Foreign Fighters Crossing Turkish Border on House Floor

On Wednesday, December 16, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) spoke on the House Floor in support of the Tracking Foreign Fighters in Terrorist Safe Havens Act. He also discussed the need for Turkey to close their borders to those going to and returning to the fight in Syria and Iraq.
