Rep. Schiff Discusses Bipartisan Legislation to End Clawback on National Guard Bonuses on MSNBC

On Friday, December 1, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) joined Tamron Hall on MSNBC to discuss the bipartisan legislation voted on in the House to end the clawback of bonuses for National Guard members, as well as the selection of General Jim Mattis to be the Defense Secretary.
