KCAL 9: Rep. Schiff Announces Bipartisan Deal to Stop Clawback of Bonuses to CA National Guard

On Tuesday, November 29, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Burbank) spoke with KCAL 9 to discuss the bipartisan deal brokered in Congress to permanently halt the clawback of improperly-granted bonuses that were accepted by California National Guard members in good faith. It would also require the government to pay back servicemembers who had already paid back the bonus, sometimes at great financial cost.
