Schiff Encourages Troops Affected by Stop Loss to Apply for Retroactive Pay Before Oct. 21 Deadline

Washington, D.C. - Today, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) encouraged veterans of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq to submit claims for retroactive "stop loss" pay before the October 21, 2010 deadline.
