Each semester, the leadership of the Democratic and Republican parties select Members of the House of Representatives by random lottery draw to nominate students for the House Page Program.

Congressman Schiff was first selected to participate in this program in Spring, 2005.  Stella Clingmon of Altadena was the first House Page nominated by Congressman Schiff.

Additional opportunities may arise in the future for students in the 29th Congressional District to participate in this exciting program, but due to the random selection process, it is impossible to know specifically when an opening may be available.

Students and parents interested in participating in the House Page Program should contact Congressman Schiff’s Washington, D.C. office at (202) 225-4176 to inquire about the program and be added to a notification list in the event an opening should occur.
