U.S. FLAG REQUESTS

Congressman Schiff's office is pleased to assist constituents with having a flag flown over the United States Capitol. A special office of the Architect of the Capitol handles these requests. Due to overwhelming demand following September 11, it is regrettably taking a minimum of four to six months to process the flags. Each flag flown is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Flags are not flown on weekends or holidays. Due to the large request for flags, specific dates cannot be guaranteed.

To order a flag, either flown or not flown over the Capitol, please complete and submit the following form to Congressman Schiff's office:
