United States Flag Requests
 Congressman Schiff's office is pleased to assist constituents with having a flag flown over the United States Capitol. A special office of the Architect of the Capitol handles these requests. Each flag flown is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Due to the large request for flags, specific dates cannot be guaranteed, and flag requests may take 8-10 weeks to be filled. Flags not flown over the U.S. Capitol may be available more quickly.
To order a flag, either flown or not flown over the Capitol, please complete and submit the Flag Request Form and return it to Congressman Schiff's office.

Congressman Schiff's office will begin processing your flag requests when payment has been received. Should there be any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Congressman Schiff's office at (626) 304-2727.
Please Note: Congressman Schiff provides flags free of charge to Eagle Scouts and Gold Girl Scouts in the 29th Congressional District. Please mail or fax (626 304-0572) the scout’s name, home address, phone number, ceremony date and troop number to Congressman Adam Schiff, 87 N. Raymond Ave., Suite 800, Pasadena, CA 91103. It typically takes 8-10 weeks to receive a flag flown over the Capitol.
